Job Description For Agility Logistics Jobs

  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Tender reviews ensuring legal compliance. Deviation list, T&C negotiations as well as subcontractors agreements.
    • Manage commercial contracts for the company’s suppliers / customers and report on any issues relating.
    • Drafting alternative clauses where necessary and providing solutions in the event of conflicts between the company and its business partner.
    • Communicates and manages workflow of all contract stages.
    • Proactively engaging the internal Operations Team to ensure all contractual requirements are well understood in regards to legal obligations and requirements.
    • Enhancing and managing the pipeline development process including collaboration with the region on pipeline data updates for Project Logistics.
    • Project Logistic related events and marketing management.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments.
    • Conduct legal research and review to ensure documentation is up to date within country law.
    • Collaborate with Agility Employees and customers on contract requirements.
    • Conduct training and awareness session to Agility Employees to subjects related to legal requirements and country law updates that are affecting employees.
    • To support all departments within legal advices on company related matters.
    • Maintain contracts renewal log and notices.
    • Coordination with the corporate legal and insurance team in regards to legal documentation review and approvals.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

     

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor degree/Master Degree (Law degree)

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Should have minimum 2 years of corporate paralegal experience
