Job Description For Arla Foods Jobs

As we are on a constant journey to evolve the Barn to drive digital effectiveness across our portfolio, we are now seeing a need more than ever to make better use of the data we are collecting on audiences from our owned and paid channels to enhance/personalize the content, targeting and precision marketing across the full funnel from awareness to conversion. To power through this agenda, we will need a Digital acquisition lead whose role will be to put together and activate a strategy on bridging the gap between our owned & paid media to leverage audience data better, drive more personalized remarketing communication, and more online conversion by working closely with the search/web team, media buyers, and ecommerce team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for developing the MENA consumer acquisition strategy across all MENA brands, working in partnership with technical search agency partners.
  • Working in partnership with the media, brand, shopper and ecommerce teams to develop consumer acquisition strategies in line with the business ambitions.
  • Working closely with the strategic media lead to combine paid, owned, and earned activity to drive brand success and consumer conversion.
  • Responsible for communication internally and externally within the team that sustain efficient consumer identification and acquisition campaigns across ‘’owned’’ channels (website, paid performance, and search) to ensure alignment and adherence to strategy.
  • Ensure efficient budget allocation and robust reporting of key channels supporting owned channels and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Working with buying platforms to optimize activity and develop consumer behavioral insights across acquisition channels
  • Build acquisition strategy within the brand planning process to support Arla’s annual paid and owned channel KPIs.
  • Ensure the proper tracking is implemented on owned channels (where applicable) and a remarketing approach is set in place to capture those audience clusters across the consumer journey.
  • Ownership of technical development of Puck website in MENA.
  • Ensure the Implementation of key strategic acquisition initiatives suc as organic content development, keyword search insights, technical and content SEO strategies by brand.
  • Lead the focus on ‘’owned engagement’’ KPI across the MENA brands and develop a technical strategy to maximize all engagement opportunities on websites.

 

Who are you?

You have strong analytical skills and are good with stakeholder management, making it easy for you to translate technical campaign data for a wide range of audiences. It is also vital that you are tenacious, with a drive to get things done.

Furthermore, you:

  • Have experience with digital ad ops – specifically with executing and assisting on digital campaigns
  • Possess knowledge of digital ad ecosystems (Analytics, Ad Server, DSPs, etc.) as well as Facebook/Instagram, and programmatic media buying (preferably DV360)
  • Have a good understanding of what is possible in terms of website tagging to implement proper tracking of user behaviour and collecting audience segments accordingly to remarket on other digital channels (Meta, YT)
