Job Description For BNY Mellon Jobs
The Client Service Officer position is a role responsible for servicing clients across different market segments and/or regions with multiple countries and languages. As The Client Service Officer (CSO), you will serve as the main contact for inquiries and will manage different types of investigations and inquiries including resolutions on the specific payment, trade or any other BNY Mellon product/service issues through the interactions with related internal parties throughout BNY Mellon. You will also provide functional support to the internal clients including data collection and preparing reports and AML/KYC compliance information on clients. Essential – Business level Arabic speaking and writing skills are required. Direct Client facing experience in a client servicing role ideally in financial services/banking.
Preferred – Operational Treasury/Transaction Banking background. Excellent problem solving skills required: Proven track record of responding to and delivering against clients needs. Interpersonal Skills Required include: Client focused (both internal and external clients)Results focused – a proven track record of delivering against targets. Continuous drive for improvement. Communication including listening skills
