Job Description For Brainstorm Human Resources Consultants Jobs

Required Male-Payroll Manager for a leading engineering products group.

Location: Al Jaddaf – Dubai

Excellent English communication skills is a MUST

Candidate Should have

Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline), MBA in Finance & HR (preferred)

Min 4yrs of experience in processing end to end payroll independently

Excellent knowledge of GCC and UAE Federal Law and Regulations

Details:

Oversee employee relations management with timely processing of remuneration as well as managing end of service activities on cessation of employment to ensure smooth transition of employees out of group.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Employee Relations

§ Maintain and sustain cordial relations with employees at all levels for all Group’s entities and provides them support on Human Resources related matters.

§ Creation of Transfer/Reference Letters and SalaryCertificates for employee’s bank account opening.

  • HRMS Administration: Ensure data entry in HRIS system is up to date and accurate.
  • Payroll Processing

§ Ensure all data entry (attendance, vacations, overtime, spot bonuses, recruitment information and others) relating to payroll to ensure all information is correctly and timely entered and processed on the payroll system.

§ Ensure performance of monthly payroll run (payroll processing) to ensure accuracy of data.

  • End of service benefits: Ensure end of service benefits are processed in a timely manner dully considering all statutory pay-outs while processing the final settlement for employees leaving services.
  • Transfers and Demotions: Ensure the process of transferring employees is managed in adherence to HC process and procedures.
  • Leave Salaries: Ensure the timely process of leave salaries on the payroll system as per the employees leave data submitted by each Department.
  • Performance Management System: Assist in managing the development and implementation of companywide performance management systems by conducting regular performance appraisal exercises and workshops across all levels of employees.
  • MIS and Reports (Comp & Ben): Ensure that all departmental MIS statements and reports of Group are prepared timely and accurately and meet company/department requirements, policies and standards.

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
