Job Description For Grandeur Hotel Jobs
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
§ Perform the day to day processing of invoice/expense transactions making sure that they are updates and maintained in an accurate manner.
§ Assist the Chief Accountant in preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
§ Responsible for maintaining accounting ledgers by posting payment related account transactions.
§ Responsible for verifying accounts and reconcile financial statements and transactions and make sure all the account balances are maintained in accurate manner.
§ Ensure accuracy of all financial data and resolves any discrepancies, if any.
§ Responsible for maintaining financial security ensuring that all the financial information is secured by completing data base backups.
§ Responsible for maintaining and keeping financial records up to date ensuring appropriate filing.
§ Responsible for processing all the payments in an accurate manner ensuring accuracy at all times.
§ Responsible for ensuring all invoice payments by verifying transaction information and keeping records for the same.
§ Responsible for payable reconciliation
§ Must assist in month end closure
§ Manage outgoing bills and invoices including payments, product or inventory invoices, employee expense accounts and reimbursements on behalf of the hotel.
§ Responsible for updating and maintaining records of expenditures.
§ Ensure all payments are made in timely manner and are in accordance with company policy.
§ Ensure that all statutory payments are on time.
§ Responsible Tracking of payment release
§ Responsible for the preparation of ageing for the payables.
§ Responsible for preparing LPO for purchase and material management.
§ Must assist in store management
§ Responsible for recording all expenses into the correct accounts heads.
§ Responsible for petty cash expenses making sure that all petty cash expenses are maintained with adequate supporting documents.
§ Responsible for making sure that all payments towards reimbursement of expenses are on submission of accurate supporting documents and approved for the Head of Department.
§ Responsible for making sure that all policies and SOPs are adhered to and followed at all times.
§ Any additional task assigned by the Management from time to time irrespective of the day/ time, based on operational requirement
