Job Description For SUNRISE TRANSCON REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT Jobs

    • Must have Real Estate Experience
    • Knowledge of and ability to use property management/accounting software, database software, spreadsheet software, Internet and Email software
    • Judgment – Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions.
    • Relationship Skills: ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships; team player
    • Support communities and other departments as needed.
    • Willingness to learn in a dynamic environment that includes new ideas and change
    • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles for application of day to day responsibilities and a stronger knowledge of accrual based accounting.
    • Monthly DEWA Common Charges
    • Vacant Charges
    • Telephone/Mobile Expenses
    • Receiving, Checking and Booking supplier, agent’s commission, and AMC invoices and processing supplier payements
    • Cheque Printing
    • Monthly Stock Verification in KIFAF and Bur Dubai
    • Monitoring of Office Equipment and Supplies
    • Preparation of Monthly Office Requisition
    • Filing Documents as per Department Requirement
    • Releasing of Supplier Cheques
    • Support staff for the following:
    • Booking of Supplier Invoices
    • Collection of rental and other payments
    • Assist other staff and section within the department when needed.
    • DEWA Payments and Other Related Activities
    • Monthly Common Dewa Charges
    • Vacant Charges
    • Preparation of Final Bill Request and Other Dewa letters
    • Booking of Telephone/Mobile Expenses and Payments
    • Booking of Supplier Invoices; Advance Payments and PR Reimbursements
    • Processing of Ticket LPO
    • Processing of Insurance Claims

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month

    Experience:

    • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
