Job Description For Tafaseel Jobs

Function: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: CEO


Job Purpose:

Reporting to the CEO, shall establish & implement strategic direction and plans for Tafaseel Business Services. Will be responsible for acquiring new business, support with project implementation and onboarding of new customers along with maintaining relations with existing clients.

Area of Main Accountability:


  • Hunter Approach: Identify high value opportunities within UAE, submit bids for online tenders and secures deals by creating a value proposition and client case study
  • Key Account Management: Oversee all existing business. Negotiates concessions and deal terms directly with existing clients on renewals, extensions, early terminations, etc
  • Strategic Market Analysis: Analyze and investigate all possible prospective sites/markets within the targeted location and determines best possible opportunity for the Company
  • Service and Quality Excellence: Consult and work closely with Project Management & Implementation team (Operations Manager, ICT team, Team leaders, etc) to design and oversee service quality strategy and manuals to be adopted as standard measures for new and existing projects
  • Contracts and Agreements: Partner with Finance team on documenting contracts and ensure execution of all contracts and amendments are aligned with Company standards


Goals & KPIs:


  • New Leads/ Opportunities Create a database of qualified leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, etc.
  • Client Acquisition Rates Work on converting qualified leads into Customer. Manage a high hit ratio level by submitting attractive and fit for purpose tenders, bids and proposals.
  • Competitor Pricing Respond to all RFPs and submit competitive pricing models.
  • Existing Client Engagement Conduct regular meetings with clients to collect and work on feedback and ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Upsell/Cross-Sell Rates Suggest and propose new service upgrades to existing Customer which leads to higher Customer satisfaction and increase in revenue.


Job Requirements:


A. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree ; BSc / BA
  • Masters Degree is preferable

B. Minimum Experience:

  • 5 years of comprehensive working experience in related scope of work
  • Relevant exposure to business development and field sales
  • Experience with developing strategies for business development
