** Company will facilitate relocation of candidates but FLIGHT ONLY**

Purpose of Position:
To coordinate the local campus recruitment process (from application to
employment), to track statistics and generate reports.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting process for local campus applicants (monthly activity) and

assist with direct/referral BA and SBA applicants (daily activity)
o Manage and track candidate applications using Taleo recruiting
database; check the integrity of recruitment data in the recruitment
o Manage the recruitment tracking sheet for candidates
o Work with recruitment consultant teams to provide numbers for
o Work with the consultant teams for the schools you lead, align, help
prepare and provide them with all information and materials
needed to run a successful campus campaign
o Use Yello for all campus events
o Organize and manage candidate interviews within standard
process; secure commitment of interviewers and interviewees,
follow up on evaluation forms and ensure evaluation form quality
and timing;
o Provide feedback to candidates and arrange feedback calls when

initiated by assigning a buddy and making sure the interviewers

Previous Experience

  • Relevant work experience (min 1-3 years) in a professional, corporate,

customer-focused driven business. Preferably an international firm.

  • Recruiting experience, preferably with campus experience
