Full Job Description

** Company will facilitate relocation of candidates but FLIGHT ONLY**

Purpose of Position:
To coordinate the local campus recruitment process (from application to
employment), to track statistics and generate reports.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting process for local campus applicants (monthly activity) and

assist with direct/referral BA and SBA applicants (daily activity)
o Manage and track candidate applications using Taleo recruiting
database; check the integrity of recruitment data in the recruitment
database;
o Manage the recruitment tracking sheet for candidates
o Work with recruitment consultant teams to provide numbers for
reporting
o Work with the consultant teams for the schools you lead, align, help
prepare and provide them with all information and materials
needed to run a successful campus campaign
o Use Yello for all campus events
o Organize and manage candidate interviews within standard
process; secure commitment of interviewers and interviewees,
follow up on evaluation forms and ensure evaluation form quality
and timing;
o Provide feedback to candidates and arrange feedback calls when
needed
o For successful candidates ensure the conversion process is
initiated by assigning a buddy and making sure the interviewers
call to congratulate
o Arrange for the upcoming new joiner to post their acceptance on
their LinkedIn account

  • Maintain local campus candidate files with CV, interview evaluation

forms, contracts, physical personnel files etc.

  • Take responsibility for other day to day and ad-hoc administrative tasks;
  • Adhere to the development of a professional recruitment service,

ensuring key customers and business requirements are met in a timely
manner

Additional Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting onboarding of new interviewers (schedule shadow

interviews, update the online interview tool with new interviewers);

  • Support tracking, monitoring and reporting on recruiting statistics and

results;

  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting process, by identifying

opportunities to be more efficient or more professional;

  • Support the whole HR department initiatives from time to time.

Communication Skills

  • Proven excellent administrative skills and good telephone manner;
  • Proven ability to plan and organize quickly and effectively, taking

responsibility for own work;

  • Be able to use own initiative using pragmatic and intuitive approaches;
  • Possess a demonstrated collaborative team working style, reliable

under pressure;

  • Flexible, adaptable to change and resilient with a ‘commitment to

make it happen’ attitude;

  • Be customer focused and able to handle sensitive information with

appropriate discretion;

  • Must be a pro-active self-starter with a positive and confident style,

able to interact and communicate effectively at all levels;

  • Accuracy with attention to detail with an approach to quality is

essential;

  • Be able to fit in with a lively and social group. A sense of humor is an

asset.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in general Windows and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word,

Excel, and Power Point);

  • Proficient in Taleo, Yello and other HR tools;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), proficiency in

additional language is an advantage;

  • Ability to conduct internet research.

Education

  • University degree level

Previous Experience

  • Relevant work experience (min 1-3 years) in a professional, corporate,

customer-focused driven business. Preferably an international firm.

  • Recruiting experience, preferably with campus experience
